These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services offered through the website simhadhwaja.in and the mobile application Simhadhwaja - Jyotishya kalike (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by founder and lead astrologer Ganesh M. ("we," "us," or "our"). ​By registering an account, purchasing a Kundali plan, booking a consultation, ordering a Janma Patrika, or enrolling in our astrology courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

​1. User Accounts and Verification

​Authentication: Access to personalized features, courses, and purchased subscriptions requires phone number verification via OTP or a secure personal PIN. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. ​Accuracy of Information: Accurate chart calculations depend entirely on correct birth data. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete details (name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth). We are not responsible for analytical errors arising from incorrect user input. ​# 2. Astrological Consultations and Promotional Discounts ​Consultation Plans: We offer structured consultation plans across varying service tiers. Sessions are conducted via designated digital channels or phone calls according to the schedule confirmed after booking. ​Introductory & Discretionary Discounts: First-time users or promotional campaigns may offer discounts (e.g., 50% or higher). Promotional pricing is discretionary, subject to seasonal availability, and cannot be claimed as a permanent entitlement. Pricing displayed at checkout represents the binding price.

​3. Bi-Weekly Astrological Quizzes and Reward Coupons

​15-Day Cycle: The Platform hosts recurring 15-day astrology quiz cycles designed to evaluate and encourage learning. ​Top 5 Leaderboard Coupons: At the conclusion of each 15-day cycle, the top 5 ranking participants receive discount coupons based on their performance (e.g., 50%, 25%, 15%, and 10%). ​Delivery & Usage Terms: ​Coupons are delivered directly via WhatsApp to the winner's registered mobile number. ​Coupons remain valid for strictly 15 days from the date of issuance. ​Each coupon is valid for a single transaction only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other concurrent offers. ​# 4. Astrology Courses, Live Webinars, and Study Materials ​Platform Delivery: Live classes are conducted via Zoom Workplace or Google Meet. Enrollment grants you access to interactive sessions for your registered batch. ​Recorded Lectures: Recordings of live sessions are provided solely for revision and replay purposes. Access is restricted strictly to active, enrolled students through their verified login and is non-transferable. ​Course Notes & PDFs: Digital notes and supplementary PDFs shared during courses are proprietary educational materials meant exclusively for personal study. Unauthorized sharing, public distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited. ​Doubt Clearing for Recording-Only Students: If an enrolled student purchases a recording-only plan, we provide dedicated live doubt-clearing sessions. However, the scheduling, date, and time of these sessions are determined exclusively by the instructor/platform based on operational availability; students cannot dictate specific custom timings.

​5. Personalized Janma Patrika (Birth Chart Orders)

​Human Analysis by Ganesh M.: Our personalized Janma Patrika reports are not automated machine outputs. While professional software is used for ephemeris mapping, every chart is personally inspected, analyzed, and synthesized by # Ganesh M. Specific user questions are evaluated with tailored Vedic remedies. ​Operational Support: Trained assistants may assist with administrative coordination and formatting, but the astrological conclusions remain strictly verified by Ganesh M. ​Fulfillment Timeline: Orders are fulfilled and delivered via WhatsApp or secure download within 48 hours to 7 business days. If we are unable to fulfill your order within 7 business days, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.

​6. Kundali Subscription Plans (Web & Mobile Parity)

​Educational & Commercial Utility: Our tiered Kundali plans are priced affordably to assist students and astrology enthusiasts in reading chart metrics, dashas, transits, and planetary strengths. ​Cross-Platform Synchronization: A subscription purchased on simhadhwaja.in is fully accessible on the mobile app, and vice versa, provided you log in with the same registered mobile number.

​7. Payments and Billing

​All transactions on our Platform are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). You agree to pay all applicable charges specified at checkout. Subscriptions and service fees are non-recurring unless explicitly designated as recurring auto-debits. ​# 8. Intellectual Property Rights ​All software code, course syllabi, lecture videos, written notes, graphics, and proprietary chart layouts are the intellectual property of Simhadhwaja Jyotishya and Ganesh M. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, capture, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorization.

​9. Astrological Disclaimer

​Astrology is an ancient interpretive knowledge system based on Vedic traditions. Readings, forecasts, and remedies represent interpretive opinions and guidance based on traditional principles. They are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, psychiatric, or financial advice. Decisions taken following astrological consultations remain the sole responsibility of the user.

​10. Limitation of Liability

​To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Simhadhwaja Jyotishya, its founder, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, communication delays, or individual interpretations of astrological guidance.

​11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

​These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India.
